Tiffany’s career began in San Luis Obispo, California, where she worked for American Eagle Airlines. As her career progressed, she ultimately handled accounting and state tax issues for the corporate office. She then worked for a Big Four firm prior to joining Kernutt Stokes in 1999.

Tiffany serves as the firm’s partner-in-charge of tax. She enjoys forming close and trusted relationships with clients and their families. She feels a sense of accomplishment helping them navigate the complexities of tax law and helping them achieve their financial goals. Tiffany’s experience with a wide range of businesses and prior industry experience give her a unique perspective to help clients succeed.

Born and raised in Eugene, Tiffany currently lives in her hometown. Tiffany is an avid equestrian and along with any equestrian-related activities, she also enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her grandchildren.

Oregon Bonus Depreciation Changes

In April 2026, Oregon enacted new tax legislation that changes how businesses recover the cost of equipment and other capital investments. Senate Bill 1507 formally disconnects Oregon income tax rules from federal bonus depreciation, which means federal and Oregon depreciation will no longer align beginning in 2026.
