Steven "Steve" E. Ritchie, CPA, CFE

A native Oregonian, Steve grew up in Portland and graduated from the University of Oregon. Following his graduation, Steve spent three years as general manager for his family’s business, managing personnel and operations for the company’s two locations. During this time, Steve discovered his passion was in accounting and finance, which led him to joining Kernutt Stokes in 1996.

As the managing partner of the firm, Steve is instrumental in charting and implementing the firm’s strategy, which includes managing staff development, overseeing the firm’s leading-edge technology, and spearheading the firm’s efforts to provide superior service to all Kernutt Stokes clients.

Steve and his wife Jill live in Eugene, and have a grown son. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and traveling.
