A graduate of Michigan State University, Nick furthered his academic career at the University of Oregon where he obtained his Master of Accounting. Following graduation, Nick joined Kernutt Stokes.

Nick pursued a career in accounting so he could work closely with clients to achieve their business goals. He takes pride in simplifying his clients’ lives by offering expert advice on accounting questions, resolving complex issues, and providing in-depth GAAP knowledge. As the director of Client Accounting services, Nick offers valuable insights to help clients manage their business operations and cash flows effectively. He also enjoys exploring new accounting technologies and software to enhance and simplify his clients’ accounting department.

Nick and his wife Marisa stay busy with their three young children, Riley, Stella, and Thomas.  Nick enjoys playing hockey, hiking, camping, learning about financial markets, and most importantly, being a father.
