Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Nick graduated from Michigan State University and moved to Oregon to get his master’s degree at the University of Oregon. Following graduation, Nick joined Kernutt Stokes.
Nick pursued a career in accounting so he could work closely with clients to achieve their business goals. He takes pride in simplifying his clients’ lives by offering expert advice on accounting questions, resolving complex issues, and providing in-depth GAAP knowledge. As the director of Virtual Accounting services, Nick offers valuable insights to help clients manage their business operations and cash flows effectively. He also enjoys exploring new accounting technologies and software to enhance and simplify his clients’ accounting department.
After living in Eugene for many years, Nick and his wife Marisa moved back to Michigan with their two young daughters. A self-taught piano and guitar player, Nick enjoys playing hockey, hiking, camping, learning about financial markets, and traveling.
