"To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to leave the world a better place; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived; this is to have succeeded."
- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Born and raised in Eugene, Don graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oregon. Prior to joining Kernutt Stokes in 2008, Don worked for a Big Four firm and then in the private sector as the tax director for Monaco Coach Corporation.

Don’s work with clients in a broad array of industries makes him a valuable mentor to his Kernutt Stokes colleagues. He continuously strives to understand his clients’ businesses and the goals and expectations of each, so the firm can proactively provide new ideas and solutions for them.
