Kernutt Stokes Names Kaitlyn Coburn and John Brewer as Partners

Kernutt Stokes is pleased to announce that Kaitlyn S. Coburn, CPA and John T. Brewer, CPA have been promoted to partner.

Kaitlyn has been with Kernutt Stokes since 2015 and provides audit and assurance, and business consulting. She leads the firm’s construction niche team and is known internally as the firm’s “A&A futurist,” focusing on innovative technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and client service. Coburn is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, the Oregon Columbia Chapter of Associated General Contractors, and the National Association of Women in Construction. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from Oregon State University and leads the firm’s Lake Oswego office.

 John has been with Kernutt Stokes since 2013 and specializes in tax consulting, compliance, and business consulting services. He is known for his proactive approach to tax planning and enjoys helping clients navigate complex financial challenges with practical solutions. Brewer is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree and Master of Accountancy from the University of Oregon and works out of the firm’s Corvallis office.
