John T. Brewer, CPA

A high school teacher that taught accounting in a “real life and personal” way inspired John to pursue a career in accounting. John studied accounting at the University of Oregon, and joined Kernutt Stokes following graduation.

John takes a proactive approach to tax planning with clients and enjoys finding solutions to their issues and problems.

John and his wife McKenna live in John’s hometown of Salem, Oregon. He stays active, and enjoys hiking, photography, running, lifting weights, and sports. He also aspires to do an activity in every state during his lifetime.
